Throttle warning NON functioning #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set menu-setup opts- ON THRO warn
2.switch on the tx with throttle out of low
3.

What is the expected output? throttle warning
What do you see instead?  nothing the tx starts normally NO sign of warning

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
119.. win 

Please provide any additional information below.
The older versions seemed to work OK on this aspect.
All other functions seems correct.
Minor problem but... useful sometime

fixed in r129
enable ad conversion more early to provide stick values for throttle check
