School-Menu should be able to reverse school-channels

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate school-mode on TH9
2. Add school-transmitter like Graupner MC-16
3. Aileron and rudder act reversed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a possibility to reverse the channels of the
school-transmitter inside TH9x, the value can go from 0 to 98 now, should
be able to go from -98 to +98

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
