Adds base62 serialization support and ability to work in Python 2 #3

adds ability to work in Python 2;
adds base62 serialization support;
fixes issues with getDatetime(): now returns timestamp, not just date;
adds more tests (based on pytest);
improves PEP8 support;
Makefile for development (with rules for testing, testing with coverage, etc);
adds support of serialization to bytes and vice versa.
