Basic user input sanitation #9

Following feedback from Facebook, some quick sanitation measures:

Empty fields are now omitted, instead of displaying "undefined"
Empty athlete name field is now replaced with "Unknown"
Athlete IDs are sanitized in a few different ways:
- "208864" -> "A208864"
- "A208864 " -> "A208864"
- "a208864" -> "A208864"
- anything more malformed than that isn't sanitized at present
