Make various small fixes

This PR fixes various papercuts identified in early user testing. Specifically, it:

• Fixes #19
• Fixes #20
• Fixes #21
• Fixes #22

This PR also:

• Adds OS/platform/architecture information to the Node Info display card on the Home page, to aid in troubleshooting #20
• Uses https://github.com/sargassum-world/styles (npm package @sargassum-world/styles) for all the reusable SCSS stylesheets
• Upgrades all dependencies (notably Tauri, eslint, and Svelte dev-related tools), including necessary changes to keep the app working.
• Replaces the "Home" button in the navbar with a logo-and-name brand at the left, for consistency with the navbars in other Sargassum apps (e.g. fluitans and pslive).
