Debian man page improvements #61

Until now, Debian has distributed its own man page for trayer. This seems to have been written before trayer had a manpage.

I've merged the two versions, and I'm pushing the result here. The result seems like an improvement to me. Please consider merging, and let me know if you have any comments or questions.

PS. The Debian man page was written by Tomasz Melcer, so I've added his name in the commit message as "Co-authored-by".
