Wink counter #36

The total wink counter should count up as the winks flash on the win screen. Currently, they seem to be counted up before the win screen is shown. A nice touch would be for the wink to float up to the counter as a translucent shadow.

Also, while we're at it... Need to speed up the wink flashes, and delay the start slightly.
