Error during start of Eclipse when Hudson is unavailable #11

When I startup Eclipse without network connection, or without the option to
connect to the Hudson server (due to internal / external network) Eclipse
gives an error about the fact that Hudson is unavailable.

In my opinion this kind of error message are only required in real
emergency cases. This is just status 'unavailable'. Change the icon for
example.

In 1.0.4, the behavior can be configured. New default is no popup, only an icon 
change.
