Error when adding the hudson base-url for the first time #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install hudson-eclipse on a new, fresh eclipse ide
2. Add the URL
3. Observe the error message:

Open quote is expected for attribute "{1}" associated with an  element type
 "REL".

OK button remains greyed out - it is not possible to submit the changes.

I'm having a similar issue.

When I add my url: http://developmentserver/hudson/, then checking the URL an 
error
message appears: The element type "BR" must ...e matching end-tag "</BR>".

I've just discovered my problem was due to a proxy configuration problem. Sorry
