unable to use with https #62

1. Hudson machine setup to use https 
2. Try and connect to url in preferences
3. i get

sun.security.validator.validatorException: PKIX path building failed:
sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException:
unable to find valid certification to valid path to requested target

Expected to get past the url validation

version 1.0.10
Eclipse 3.5.1
Windows XP

saw there was a nother issue in here regarding https, and the url we are using 
is a
non standard one, i.e 

https://server.company.com:8200/utvec/
