Add support for kustomize-build-with-helm plugin addition for apps, wordpres-apps and extra-apps

Does this require changes for argo-cd deployment? So, after we switch tekton-apps revision we might use

Yes it does. Sidecar container should be created for argo-cd repoServer. @luciano-buono I think everyone should be added as reveiwers to https://github.com/saritasa-nest/saritasa-cloud-kubernetes-aws/pull/94. It contains important info, much more that just "related"
