Empty -a input leads to error in phone number #2

Image 4-19-24 at 4.28 PM.jpg When I input "add -n Bob -p 919029 -a", instead of giving me empty address error or ignoring it, it gives me a minimum digits error.

However, the UG states there isn't a minimum number of digits.
