NotInScope - We allow for flexibility to add professors in case users forget the actual Prof's names
Team chose [response.NotInScope

Reason for disagreement: It states in the UG that the name must be unique, yet it does not state if a non-unique name is allowed to be searched as an intended feature. In case the users forget the actual prof's names, it would be an inconvenience for the user to go through potentially ~100 names before finding the specific prof.

Let's say I want to find Aaron Tan Tuck Choy but I enter 'Tan' as name. All profs with name 'Tan' would show up, which I do not want. If the prof happens to be in the middle of a 100 person list, it would be hard for me to find them. There should be an error alerting you the name is not unique.
