sensor additions, feature additions, fix #38

pushing my implementations back to upstream to make them available to others as well.

Implemented config option locale fixed: missing change onto Buffer gathering (pops up as issue otherwise) Added special publish type (configurable for further implementations) Added connection dict to keep connections and reuse them added locale time, proper unixtimestamp and unixtimestamp in ms to sensor dataload added missing sensors

added further work to be able to also handle buildings were we have multiple gateways installed and do not start proxy before all gateways have been properly conifgured.
