[I] Remove LocalDocumentModificationHandlerTest #1132

Removes LocalDocumentModificationHandlerTest. The test only checks whether the base listener is actually registered and de-registered from the local IntelliJ IDEA instance.

Removes testing libraries which were only added for this one test.
