Hydlide: Makes a buzzing sound when silence is expected #14

As can be seen right in the title screen, the triangle channel emits a buzzing/crackling sound when it should normally produce no sound at all. This may be a problem with the game trying to silence the channel by setting it to a high-frequency value.
