Parts of the game that are supposed to be silent instead have a high-pitched whine, which is apparent immediately on the title screen. This is probably an issue with the triangle channel being set to a very high frequency in order to silence it, which would normally be filtered out on a real NES. I'll have to dig deeper to be sure if this is the real cause, though.
