Feature: Add support for playing TAS movies #9

Eventually I want to be able to play back movies in arachNES. The primary purpose of this is to set up automated testing of known working ROMs.

Playing TAS movies now works! The hard part will be getting the emulator accurate enough for the movies to work. But at least one TAS has been successfully played back in full, so I think that's robust enough to be called a 'feature'.
