Only plays on Right Joycon #9

When i start it up it detects both joycons but when i run a .mid file it will ask me what to play on the right joycon and then it will ask me what to play on the right joycon again joycon

It only plays on one JoyCon. For me it's ranodm. Sometimes it's the left and other times it's the right.
