Export Reg Data to Tabbie #52

Export reg data to an SQL dump for Tabbie.

There are several versions of Tabbie floating around, so it might need to offer multiple options, just the most common build, or allow the user to specify table and field names.

Much investigation needed, help appreciated!

Richard Coates says that Tom Lake's version should be used, as he plans to make his branch match that version.
