Oh thx i was thinkint S:77 was in all GE.1.2.1 . sorry

There's a lot of ORF6:62 flip flopping which might mess things up as well as 27383-27385 flipping in various combinations

Branch specific masking might help clean up a little.

Right now this tree is too confusing to designate I fear.

GE.1.2.1 is really interesting, I wonder why it's only really been found in US-MN and UK other than Kenya. In particular, why in the US only in these mid west states?
