XDK.1.1: XDK.1+S:K182R(11 seqs, 2 countries) #1490

Jammu and Kashmir uploads a batch today, surprisingly, 89/94=95% of the seqs are XDK.1.

XDK.1+G22107A(S:K182R)

Note that this branch doesn't have S:G213E as in other XDK.1s. So there are two branches of XDK.1, one with S:G213E(90%) and this one with S:K182R(10%)
