KP.4+C10969T, A26579G,C23277T(S:T572I)+G174T+G22865T(S:A435S)

2 of the recent French seqs have their Orf10 start codon destroyed.

GISAID query: G22865T,C23277T,G174T No. of seqs: 7(Canada 1 UK 1 USA 2 France 3)

First: EPI_ISL_19044025,Canada, 2024-3-14 Latest: EPI_ISL_19221820, France, 2024-6-17

I am not on pc but yesterday Senegal uploaded a couple of sequence of KP.4.1+435S and if m not wrong also one last week could you check if they nelong to this? It would make sense because Senegal is sampling from Pilgrims back from Mecca.

This one is 572I+435S, maybe 435S is the first step?

I don't see any KP.4.1. Only 2 JN.1.18.5+S:A435S seqs.
