Yes this was there from the start initially i was thinking it was S:T22N for all and then the two branches but it turned out that this a separat branch with independent acquisition of T22N , better keeping it checked. thx,

read the note. Cornelius thinks all Jn.1.18.7 have S:T22N as i was thinking at the start . so likely worth closing this.
Most of the seqs in S:T22N branch also gets S:K150R.
@aviczhl2 pls keep it open the K150R branch T22N is incorporated in MN.1 btw it is 7 spike mutations away from Vanilla JN.1
