KP.3.1.4 plus S:Q52R ( 24, around 5% in Israel after June 20) #1696

Just spotted a KP.3 sublineage that has got S:Q52R defining mutation of JE.1.1.1 and much earlier of B.1.525 [see https://github.com/cov-lineages/pango-designation/issues/4 (!!) ]

Defining mutations: KP.3.1.4 >C14889T > Orf1a:S984C (A3215T), S:Q52R (A21717G), Orf7a:T28I (C27476T)

As it is easy to spot in the tree 37$ samples got S:R681H and one of them got further S:V11I, S:A899S

+6 Israel it is around 5% there after June 20, growing
