Interesting the most of this proposed lineag has Orf7b:F13L (T27794A) i looked for deletion insertion there without finding them. @ryhisner do you think that mutation could be of any relevance ? It is the exact same location of the indel bringing to the new Orf7b of XBC FR.1 and GP.1
