Improve Shield error message for missing BRT Details #116

I added a Business Rule Task and forgot to specify the Implementation and Decision Ref in the Camunda Modeler: image.png

The error message I received seemed to be pointing me to the User Task just prior to it with its reference to Activity_EditPI:

Would be nice to just get a clean message that there were missing Details in the BRT, Determine Department Chair.

I spent some time investigating this. Couldn't come up with an easy way to differentiate this error and give a better message. I'm not saying it isn't possible, but rather that I didn't see how. Might be worth revisiting in the future.
