Write detailed directions on how to deploy the production instance.

[x] Provide an example Docker Compose File
[x] Include a list of all environment variables and their meanings.
[ ] List all 3rd party tools that can be used to monitor the application.

The 3rd bullet point is still outstanding

I started working on the third bullet point, and I really don't know what tools to talk about. At first I thought Git and Docker, but we already cover them in the docs. Maybe we can do a quick post scrum on this.
