When I select a study to use for validation

And click away from that page and back, the selected study is retained, but slow to load and can be seen as not selected.

Also, there should be a "No Study Selected" option. this will allow the Configurator to work on a workflow if disabled or hidden in a selected study. And bypass the TLW.

From post scrum discussion on 02/24, we need to discuss what values are pulled from the selected study and what is randomly generated. We should discuss this more and either add to this ticket or write others.

@cullerton it seems like the TLW is not being run in all cases, not just when no study is selected.
