Replace Workflow# in Logs tab with Workflow Name #605

Replace the Workflow# in Logs tab with Workflow Spec name.

This will allow end users to use the list as an audit log as well and not have to have a means to cross reference the workflow#.

Keep the Workflow# (ID?) in the data so that when the logs are exported, they are be sorted by it since the name may change.
