Potential DSP False Positive #630

When I attempt to validate the Data Security Plan, I get the following error: image.png

The CollStorUVaLocWebCloudHIPAAIds Form Field does exist in the Enter Collection and Storage of Research Data at UVA Form.

Implemented Mike's fix and it works now. Needed if statement to isolate for loop if values are not entered.
