Main Dashboard Tweaks #682

On the Main Dashboard, UVA has requested that we remove the Reviews column and add Principal Investigator column to the left of the Status column. Add Principal Investigator as one if the "Search by..." options.

Addition of the Principal Investigator column looks great. It doesn't seem like the ability to search by the PI is working though, and not showing as one of the options in the Search by... entry field.

Also, if easy to address while you are working on the above, I would suggest we decrease the width of the Study Title column and increase the width of the Principal Investigator column (to at least wide enough so the heading fits on one line). Although the Study Title can be long at first, all studies should eventually have a short title which is 17 characters max.
