The IRB just added a new Required Document: SOM CTO Review for Gene Therapy/Transfer Study. This was an existing document in documents.xlsx, UVACompl_SOMCTOReview_GeneTranStudy, just not on of the IRB Required Documents. I updated updated documents.xlsx with the new IRB Document ID, 59 and the description Jeff G provided above. We now need to get this into the Documents list in PB Mock so it can be used.
