Update, after discussion with the UVA team, the discussion was made to remove this feature from the Main Dashboard.

Currently my Study #9 has all workflows needed completed except two:
But the Progress Status graph line on the Main Dashboard is only indicating about half-way complete;
I suspect its algorithm is looking at all available workflows, not just those needed by the study. This information could perhaps be easily obtained by checking all workflow_spec_id.status states.
