Truncated Labels #761

Looks like with the repeating section refactor, long labels are not wrapping. Examples found in the DSP are: image.png

They should be showing:

'If sharing data with anyone outside of UVA, do you confirm that you will obtain a contract with them via the School of Medicine Office of Grants and Contracts (OGC) or the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP)?' and 'Data will be sent and stored in an encrypted fashion (e.g. will only be shared and via Secure FX, Secure FTP, HTTPS, PGP) and the server/drive is configured to store data regulated by HIPAA'

These fields can be from the task posted below:

Discussed with Dan and working as designed, the Materials spec has a limit on length of Label. Discussed with Jason and told him additional information will need to be placed in description and/or help.
