Responsive Flyout alternative #1540

The flyout window as-is probably isn't the best UX for mobile or smaller devices. A full-screen alternative (even if it's just the flyout reworked to take up the full screen) will need to be thought about.

No concepts moving forward on this yet. The idea will probably be that the flyout is a full screen view.
