Add "Last saved" element to BPMN and DMN editors #1642

Display the "last saved" info to a BPMN Author

Does it need to display this information even when the person first arrives at the page, or just after they save for the first time? If we only show it after they click save, it will be significantly easier to implement.

@burnettk, I suggest it is displayed after a user saves it for the first time. Is it possible to position this element below the file name and above the "Save" button?

thanks. will have to see when we dig in, but hopefully. if we put it with the magnifying glasses, it might not have to shift things down when it appears?
