Maybe the ability to run for a group and for all groups maybe background the suite runs maybe store the results of the suite runs maybe provide a ui to see the results of past runs

We discussed making a new page somewhere in the UI (most likely accessible from the nav bar) where we can manage running of tests in 1 location.
