Transition to bismark v0.16.1 and FastQC v0.11.5 #15

Various changes needed for changes coming from bismark v0.16.1.
Changes needed for FastQC v0.11.5.
Updated install instructions for R packages.
Add intergenic annotations to annotatr runs.
Alteration of bismark coverage plots to xlim = 0, 500 for interpretability.
