- Create project specific /tmp folder
- Improved makefile and config.mk documentation
- Fix --mfold parameter formatting for macs2
- Autofill for --gsize parameter when genome is hg19, hg38, mm9, or mm10
- Remove PBS script creation
- Add fold change plots to PePr and macs2
- Add multiqc output (split for bisulfite and pulldown)
