Decreasing output power over a QSO #4

It has been observed that the output power of the repeater decreases over time during a QSO. On my end, it started with S9+ and now it is dropping down to about S7 after about 25-minutes. This might related to a thermal issue? The problem has been observed over a period of time.

Okay, it turns out that the power was being manually adjusted during this period and lowered.
