Brief description of the problem:

I would like to make a suggestion to reorder the menu based off which programs
were past
used. It seems the default apple apps are always at the top but this is
actually not ideal
since it means to get to backgrounded apps you always have to scroll. Perhaps
putting the
last used app at the top so that we can easily switch back and forth between
apps?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Most recent used. I second that!

But Springboard should always be the first entry (or get some special
place/button
etc.). Otherwise it'll be unnecessary complicated to background an app if a Home
Button short hold loads the task list (task list --> tap "Springboard" to
background
the current app and switch to Springboard; task list --> tap the Home Button to
quit
and switch to Springboard).
