"Springboard" entry doesn't work

iPhone/iPod Touch model: iPhone 3GS
Firmware Version: 3.0
Brief description of the problem:

"Springboard" entry doesn't work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start an app
2. load Kirikae
3. select "Springboard" under "Other Applications"

Please provide any additional information below.

The entry's background color changes permanently to grey but nothing else
happens. Tapping the entry again changes nothing (no task switching,
background color stays grey). If you then select the active app (e.g.
flashlight) the iPhone switches to the springboard. If you select another
entry under "Other Applications" after "Springboard", it works as expected
(switching to that app).

My initial thought is that it might be conflicting with another extension. What 
other
extensions (if any) do you have installed?
