Feature request - don't close kirikae after closing the current app #38

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
I love kirikae but I hate that the program closes when I close the current app.
 What I would
like to see instead is kirikae would make the springboard the current app,
which is effectively
what happens now but keep kirikae running so I can choose another running, or
favorite, app
to launch into instead if I so choose.

The requested behavior has been implemented in release r133.

This doesn't seem to have worked on my device, closing any app whether current
or not, causes kirikae
to close. This is actually worse than before as sometimes it would stay open -
is there an option I'm
missing?

@jamieo1908:

Tapping the 'x' to the right of an app closes Kirikae?

Does Kirikae disappear as soon as you tap the x, or after the chosen app
actually quits?

What invocation method are you using with Kirikae (home button tap/double/hold,
power
hold)?

Hard to say as Kirikae scrolls downwards out of view immediately upon tapping
the 'x' and the
springboard is then shown. I have double tap home set and using that after
confirms the app did close.

I have witnessed what I guess is the intended behavior since my last post, but
only when closing iPod
when it is not the foreground app - then the x turns to a spinner for a short
time until program is closed
and removed from the list and kirikae stays open.

I just tried 'single tap home' as well as 'hold power' and it's the same.
Anything else I can try just let me
know. :)
