iPod badge persists when used with backgrounder #46

1. Open iPod app.
2. Use Kirikae to switch to a different app.
3. Switch to springboard.
4. The iPod icon now has the backgrounder badge, even though the option for
built-in app backgrounding badges is turned off.

This is a backgrounder bug -- not a kirikae bug. In order to verify, enter the 
ipod
app. Then, use the backgrounder control (for me it's hold the home key) to 
background
the ipod app. Find the ipod app on the SpringBoard, and you will see that the
backgrounder badge is attached.
