Task management Suggestion #59

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago

iPhone/iPod Touch model: iPhone 3gs
Firmware Version: 3.1.2
Brief description of the problem:

Currently when closing an open task, immediately after clicking the *new* X
button, it closes
kirikae. It would be much more useful to allow one of the following:

1. In preferences allow us to choose whether to close Kirikae after ending a
task or keep it
open so we can close multiple tasks without having to relaunch Kirikae each
time we want to
end a task.
2. Add an *EDIT* mode / button at the top, similar to the mail app, so we can
close multiple
tasks at once.

Of the two, I personally would like to see the second one implemented, since
there are times
when you want to end a task and close Kirikae in one button press.

Thanks for such an amazing extension!

With the new x button, Kirikae should *not* be closing automatically; if it
does,
that is a bug.

What invocation setting are you using to display Kirikae (tap/2x-tap home,
power,
etc.)? Do you have any other extensions installed?

I am experiencing the same behavior irregardless of the invocation method.
Every app
that I try to close from within kirikae immediately closes kirikae after
clicking the X.

3GS running 3.1.2.

Let me know if any further details might help you diagnose the issue.

Just to follow up, found a work around. This only occurs when animation is off.
If
you turn animation on, it operates as it should. Maybe the bug will be fixed in
the
next release?
