iPhone/iPod Touch model:2g
Firmware Version:3.1.2
Brief description of the problem:

When I have one app opened and in in the background and kill one of them but 
after that I 
tap immeadeantly at the other app SpringBoard crashes. If it doesn't work when 
you test it it 
could be possible that the killed app is to small so it gets closed too fast.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
