Issues with Voice Memos #85

iPhone/iPod Touch model: 3G[S]
Firmware Version: 3.1.2
Brief description of the problem:

When you are in calling and press the home button to go to the SpringBoard 
there is a large 
status bar with the sign "in calling" if you call and dimiss Kirikae there are 
some issues with 
the apps icons and the large status bar there isn't so you can't go back to the 
call.
The same if you use voice memos and go to the SpringBoard...
