Add syntax highlighting to readme #63

If I remember correctly, PyPI does not parse Sphinx directives well, which is why we don’t do syntax highlighting. Did it improve on this?

Yes, this seems to work, if you look e.g., at the README.rst of windpowerlib, which renders nice on pypi.org.
