[x] Borders for tools
[x] Highlight which tool is currently selected, only 1 tool at a time, except for X and Y mirror, which can work in combination with one another.
[x] Colour palette, in addition a RGB colour picker, allowing the user to use any colour (allow for RGBA as well)
[x] Animated title with hover

Choose not to implement title animation with hover, rather mouse click.
